Who we are

This website, www.quensultingai.com, is operated by Quensulting AI LLP (LLPIN ACP-4717), trading as QuensultingAI, Pune, Maharashtra, India (“we”, “us”). We decide how and why the personal data described here is processed. Client project data is handled under the written agreement for that project, not this policy.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, company name, email address, phone number and message.
  • Booking a call: the details you enter on our Cal.com booking page (name, email, time and any notes), which Cal.com shares with us.
  • Website chat: the messages you type into the chat assistant on this site.
  • Email: whatever you choose to send to sales@quensultingai.com.
  • Technical data: standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type and request times.
  • Analytics, only if you accept: pages you view, clicks and scrolling, your browser and device type, an approximate location worked out from your IP address, and session recordings of how you use the site (form fields are masked). If you reject analytics, none of this is collected.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive personal data through this website.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, schedule conversations and follow up on the work you asked about.
  • To keep a record of our business conversations.
  • To keep the website secure and working.
  • If you accept analytics, to understand how the website is used and improve it.

We use your data only for these purposes. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you. When you submit the contact form or book a call, you consent to this use; you can withdraw that consent at any time (see your rights). For visitors in Europe (the UK and EU), we rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, only as needed to provide their service:

  • Vercel hosts this website.
  • Our internal dashboard and workflow automation (n8n) store contact-form enquiries and notify our team.
  • Cal.com runs our booking pages.
  • Deflect provides the chat assistant on this site.
  • PostHog provides website analytics and session recordings, only if you accept analytics. Its servers are in the United States.

Some of these providers may process data outside India. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Cookies and similar tools

We do not use advertising cookies. When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics. Until you choose, and if you choose Reject, the analytics tool does not run and sets no cookie.

If you accept, we use PostHog. It sets a first-party cookie and stores a small amount of data in your browser to recognise your visits, and records how you use the site: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and session recordings with form fields masked. We use this only to understand and improve the website.

You can change your choice at any time with in the page footer. Withdrawing stops the collection and removes the PostHog cookie and stored data from your browser. We ask again after 12 months.

The booking pages and the chat assistant are third-party tools and may set their own cookies or browser storage to work; their own privacy policies apply to that.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and booking details for as long as we need them to complete the conversation and for reasonable business records, unless the law requires a different period or you ask us to delete them. Analytics data, if you accepted it, is kept in PostHog only as long as we need it to understand how the website is used.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you, correct or complete it, delete it, or stop using it by withdrawing your consent. If you are in Europe (the UK or EU), you also have the rights given by the GDPR, including the right to object and to data portability.

Email sales@quensultingai.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Contact and grievances

Questions or complaints about how we handle your data go to sales@quensultingai.com. If you are in India and we do not resolve your grievance, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. In Europe you can contact your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

We will update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top. See also our terms of use.
